Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

They will be held outdoors. Should the weather not permit, we would be moving the ceremony to the chapel and the reception indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list as we want our celebration to be as intimate as possible. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on our guest list. This is strictly RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event except for the kids included in the entourage. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

We are expecting the weather to be windy, so the ladies may opt to bring a shawl since it'll be held outdoors.

Will there be food and drinks served during cocktail hour?

After the ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of our signature cocktails.

How do I get around the island?

Guests may opt to rent golf carts or make use of the free shuttle service of the island.

Do I need to be present in both the welcome party and the wedding day?

Though we would love you to be present in both, if schedule won't permit, you may opt to attend just the wedding day (Jan 23rd).

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes, we kindly request that all guests RSVP by end of August 2025. You can do this by visiting the "RSVP" section of our website.

How do I book?

Since its a members-only island, we will do the bookings for you. We will request for the flight and accommodation payments to be sent as guests RSVP. We will not be able to book you without the payments.

What are the mode of payments on the island?

Mode of payments accepted are only credit cards and GCASH.

Where is the airport located?

Flights to Balesin take off from a private hangar (Alphaland Hangar) or Sangley Airport. Please refer to the addresses below:

When will I know my flight schedule?

Since it is not a commercial flight, time schedules are sent 24 hours prior. The same goes for departure from the island.

When should I be in the airport?

1 hour before the flight. Kindly present a valid ID upon check in.

How much is the average price of the food on the island?

Ranges from P700 - P1k per dish (solo-sharing)

Can I bring alcohol and food?

Alcohol has a corkage fee (per bottle) while snacks do not.

Are we only allowed to stay in Toscana Village?

No, you're free to explore and use the amenities of the other villages anytime! Please explore the island!!
